You can find the number of your last online order in your confirmation email.

This number will be your reference to track your order in your customer account (click on your name at the top of the screen to access your account).

Tracking number

You can also complete your order with the number of Colissimo if you chose The Post office as a carrier. It will inform you about the delivery time and location of your parcel and will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
